Classes

We offer a variety of specialty classes for those among us that would like to further their decorating and baking skills. Please contact us for more information and pricing. Some of the classes include painting on cakes, cake toppers, baking 101, Sculpting 3D cakes, advance gumpaste flowers, scroll work, and airbrushing to name a few.

In this class students learn to bake from scratch a vanilla cake, a chocolate cake, swiss meringue buttercream and chocolate ganache. All materials are provided.

In this class you're introduced to royal icing and a variety of sugar flowers. Must buy supplies, a list will be provided when you register.

Excited about learning to work with fondant. Here you learn the basics, a few flowers and you cover your first cake. There's also an intro to painting on cakes. Must buy supplies, list is provided when you register.

Now that you've learned the basics its time to make beautiful flowers and learn to make arrangements with them to decorate your beautiful cakes. Must buy supplies, list will be provided once you register.

In this class, you'll learn the basics on making art master pieces on cakes without having to know how to paint, it's amazing!

In this class students learn the basics of modeling figures out of gumpaste and other mediums to create beautiful cake toppers for all cakes.
